this is the best mushroom dish i have ever had Ingredients:
about 4 cups of mushrooms |
a few tablespoons of balsamic vinegar |
a tablespoon of olive oil |
2 cloves garlic |
1 tsp black pepper |
Directions:
1. slice mushrooms into quarters 2. crush garlic 3. add mushrooms, garlic and olive oil to sauce pan 4. fry on low heat till the juices start coming out of mushrooms 5. when they juices are in the pan add equal parts of balsamic vinegar the muchroom liquid 6. add pepper to taste 7. cover and simmer till the mushrooms absorb most of the liquid back in 8. should take about 15-20 minutes 9. eat! |
