Mmmm GOATS CHEESE STUFFED MEATBALLS!!!!!... use this recipe for football sunday... also do it this way as an alternative to regular meatballs for your spaghetti!!! capish? si gratsi! Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef |
1/2 lb. goats cheese |
salt and pepper at your own risk |
cayenne pepper |
few tablespoons of olive oil |
garlic bread (already prepared) |
prego 7 cheese sauce (for dipping) |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. First preheat oven to 375 2. then combine about 2 tablespoons of olive oil with beef, salt & pepper and cayenne pepper and mix well 3. form into about 8 medium sized meatballs 4. proportionatly divide GOATS cheese into 8 piles and then proceed to stuff into center of your meatballs 5. lightly brush additional olive oil on meatballs before placing them on an olive oil coated pan or cookie sheet i use a metal pan 6. on the stovetop gently heat up prego 7 cheese sauce 7. about 8 min before taking your meatballs out of the oven place your already prepared garlic bread 8. when you take bread and meatballs out of the oven dust both bread and meatballs with parmesan cheese! 9. serve hot dipping both meatballs and bread into the sauce 10. sorry no photo i cant get them to come up anymore for some reason i think i need the geek squad or rent a nerd or somebody that knows how to do computer stuff! lol 11. enjoy with a glass of porto or sherry |
