Best Low Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies |

These are for great low fat chocolate chip cookies. The best! Ingredients:
2 cups unbleached flour |
16 tablespoons smart balance light butter spread |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
2 egg whites |
1 egg |
1 (8 ounce) bag chocolate chips (i prefer dark chocolate) |
Directions:
1. preheat overn for 350 degrees. 2. in a small/medium size bowl combine flour and baking soda and set aside. 3. in a large bowl, add butter, then sugars, and blend together with an electric mixer. add eggs and blend again. then slowly add the flour/baking soda mixture. once batter is creamy, fold in chocolate chips. 4. i like to use parchment paper on my non-stick baking sheets so they don't get messed up. you should be able to fit about 12 cookies on eat sheet. 5. Bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes. Cool on a napkin, or wire racks. |
