Served with a salad, it’s a complete meal. Ingredients:
12 lasagna noodles |
1 lb ground beef |
1 onion, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons basil |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes |
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce |
1 tablespoon parsley |
2 cups cottage cheese |
1 lb swiss cheese |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F. 2. Cook noodles according to directions on package. 3. Brown ground beef and drain. 4. Add onion and garlic. 5. Cook 5 minutes. 6. Add salt, basil, black pepper, tomatoes and tomato sauce. 7. Simmer 20 minutes. 8. Grease baking dish. 9. Layer sauce, noodles, cheeses. 10. Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes. |
