Very moist!!!! I've enjoyed using recipezzar for years. I've had this recipe for about 20 years, and I wanted to share it with everyone. Ingredients:
6 bananas (really ripe and mashed) |
4 cups sugar |
4 eggs |
1 1/3 cups oil |
1 cup sour cream |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
4 cups all-purpose flour |
2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 cup nuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients then add flour, soda, nuts. Grease 3 loaf pans. Pour
2. mixture into pans. Bake 325 degreees for 1 1/2 hour or until done.
