Best Ever Pecan-Chocolate Pie |

This recipe has been a family favorite for years, I took an old recipe of my grandmothers and converted it from one handful of this to measurements. Ingredients:
1 deep dish pie shell |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1/4 cup sugar |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
3/4 cup light corn syrup |
4 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 cup kentucky bourbon (i prefer the sweeter bourbons for cooking) |
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
3/4 cup pecan halves |
3/4 cup walnuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, punctured bottom of pie crust with a fork, mix all ingredents together expect, nuts and chocolate chips, fold in nuts and chips, scoop into pie crust, Bake at 350 degrees for 50- 60 minutes. |
