2 eggs, slightly beaten |
1/2 cup onion, grated |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced |
1 link pork sausage |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon sage |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Soak bread crumbs in milk. 2. Combine meat, eggs, onion, salt, pepper and sage with bread crumbs and mix well. 3. Form into loaf in 4 3/4x8 3/4 greased loaf pan. 4. Combine brown sugar, ketchup, nutmeg and mustard. 5. Mix well. 6. Pour over meatloaf. 7. Bake in preheated 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
