I love this recipe because it is simple and easy. This is also very tasty. Ingredients:
5 lbs russet potatoes |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
to taste butter |
to taste salt |
to taste paul prudome seasoning salt |
Directions:
1. Peel and boil potatoes until tender. 2. Drain water and add the sour cream and butter and beat until blended and all lumps are gone. 3. Add seasoning to taste and serve while hot. |
