this brownie taste like the real deal Ingredients:
11/2 cups gluten free flour |
3/4 cup butter |
16 oz sweet or unsweetened chocolate chips |
11/4 cup sugar |
11/2 teaspoon vannila |
3 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
gluten free flour |
2 cups white rice flour |
2/3 cup potato starch |
1/3 cup tapioca flour |
1/2 cup instant potato flakes |
1 teaspoon xanthan gum |
Directions:
1. heat oven to 350 spray bottom of 9x13 baking dish 2. melt butter and chocolate on low heat 3. when melted mix in eggs sugar salt 4. when incorperated add the flour and baking powder mix only until combined. 5. pour into baking dish and spread out. 6. bake 30 to 40 minutes or until thermomater reaches 195-200 deg. |
