Just what the title says!!! Ingredients:
1 1/2-2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1 egg, beaten |
1/3 cup milk |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 (2 -3 lb) broiler-fryer chickens, cutup |
vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, salt, thyme and paprika. combine egg, milk, and lemon juice. Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Dip into egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture again.Refrigerate at least 30 minute Heat 1/2 inch oil to 375 in an electric skillet, fry until golden brown. Reduce heat to 250, cover and continue to cook for 25 minute. |
