Best Ever Corn On The Cob |

This is nothing new-but the flavor is incredible!!! Ingredients:
8 large ears of sweet corn |
butter |
large pot of cold water |
salt |
Directions:
1. Remove only the silks from the husks. 2. Thoroughly soak corn (in husks) in ice cold water for approx 4 hrs. 3. Place on preheated grill on high setting.Close lid. 4. Cook,turning only once or twice,for approx 35-40 minutes,or until the husks are almost burnt. 5. Remove corn from husks,then roll in butter. 6. Place back on the grill for another 10-12 minutes (just enough to leave grate marks). 7. Sprinkle with salt. 8. OMG yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
