Best Ever Chicken Noodle Soup |

Great soup for a cold day. Add 4 more cups of water and 2-3 more boullion cubes to feed a family of 6. Ingredients:
3 quarts salt water |
3 -4 chicken breasts (boneless/skinless) |
3 -4 chicken bouillon cubes |
1 pinch oregano |
salt and pepper |
12 ounces frozen egg noodles |
1 stalk celery |
5 carrots, sliced |
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil. 2. Add chicken, boullion, oregano, salt and pepper. 3. Boil for 45 minutes. 4. Remove chicken and shred. 5. Add noodles, celery, carrots. 6. Bring to a boil. 7. Simmer 30-40 minutes. 8. Put chicken back in and serve. 9. Makes great leftovers. |
