This can be formed into a ball or log. It looks great on a platter with club crackers Ingredients:
3 chicken bouillon cubes |
4 teaspoons water |
4 teaspoons finely chopped onions |
2 (4 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
4 teaspoons mayonnaise (not miracle whip) |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Soften bouillon cubes in the warm water and set aside. 2. Mix cream cheese, onions, mayo and cheese together. 3. Blend in the bouillon. 4. Mix together well. 5. Chill well before serving. |
