got this from my daughter in law who got it out of the RobinHood site. Ingredients:
24 prepared tart shells |
1 cup raisins |
2 eggs |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup corn syrup |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Divide raisins among the tart shells. 2. In a bowl lightly beat together eggs, brown sugar, corn syup, butter& vanilla. 3. Pour over raisins, filling 3/4 full. 4. Bake 425 for about 15 min until they puff, they will drop down when taken out of the oven. 5. Cool on wire rack. |
