Easy way to have delicious corn chips for salsa, guacamole, etc. Ingredients:
6 small corn tortillas |
corn or vegetable oil (for frying) |
salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in small frying pan on medium. 2. Place tortilla in pan. Carefully flip tortilla. Cook until golden brown. 3. Salt immediately after removal from pan. 4. Repeat for remaining tortillas. 5. Break into smaller pieces to serve. |
