I got this recipe years ago from my sister-in-law. They are sooo good I don't make them very often as they are to tempting. Every time I make them everyone wants the recipe. This recipe consists of 3 layers. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup flour |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 cup graham cracker crumbs, crushed |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1/2 cup butter |
1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix butter, flour and sugar until crumbly. 2. Pat into a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 10 minutes at 375°. 3. Mix graham crackers (crushed), baking powder, chocolate chips, nuts and condensed milk and spread over crust. 4. Bake for 25 minutes at 325°. 5. Mix butter, powdered sugar and vanilla and frost when cool. |
