This carrot dish has a subtle taste of dill which is brought out with the butter. Ingredients:
3-5 carrots |
1 1/2 tbs. butter or margerine |
1 1/2 ts. dill |
Directions:
1. Wash & peel carrots. 2. Cut into pieces. 3. Boil gently on med heat for 10-15 mins, or untill just soft. 4. Drain water. 5. Place butter into pot and stir coating all the carrots. 6. Sprinkle Dill over carrots and toss untill coated. 7. Searve imediately, or reheat quickly. |
