These are easy to bake and taste delicious!! You can substitute flour and baking soda for self-raising flour . And you can use white chocolate chips instead of butterscotch chips! Ingredients:
1 cup butter, melted |
2 cups brown sugar |
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 cup butterscotch chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F or 180°C Grease 16X16 inch pan. 2. Beat butter and sugar in bowl. 3. Add flour, soda, powder and salt then mix. 4. Press into pan then bake for about 20 minutes. Cool, cut into square slabs and enjoy! |
