I love bleu cheese dressing. I had visited the Spaghetti Factory in Nashville Tenn. several years ago and I had the best bleu cheese dressing that I ever ate. I have searched and searched for that special taste again in dressings. I finally found one that really comes very close. The recipe came from a friend but I changed a few ingredients to fit my taste. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup green onion, diced |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
1 tablespoon parsley flakes |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar |
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled |
salt and pepper |
1 dash accent seasoning |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients above in a bowl and mix well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
