Easy, healthy and delicious. Bircher muesli is a cold European breakfast cereal that is made the day before and placed in the refrigerator overnight. A variety of fruit such as apples, peaches, dried fruit, or fresh berries and nuts can be stirred in just before serving for more flavor. Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats |
3 tablespoons raisins |
3 tablespoons honey |
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt |
1 1/4 cups soy milk |
Directions:
1. In a large glass bowl, stir together the oats, raisins, honey, yogurt and soy milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving. |
