This recipe came from a very dear friend who I have known for years. You can substitute any flavour of potato chips.
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cups crushed barbecue potato chips
Directions:
1. Spread crushed potato chips on a plate.
2. Beat egg in a small bowl.
3. Dip chicken breasts in egg mixture.
4. Coat chicken with potato chips.
5. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
