2 ounces low-fat berry yogurt, i use one tube of stonyfield's lowfat organic squeezers in the blackberry flavor. you can use whatev |
1/2 banana, sliced |
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries, i use a mix of blueberries, marionberries, and raspberries |
1/2 cup water, if you prefer you smoothies to be thicker you can use less water |
Directions:
1. Add all ingrediants into a blender and mix to desired consistency. 2. Pour into a glass and enjoy! |
