Quick, light and very refreshing! Makes a great quick breakfast or mid-morning snack! Ingredients:
1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries |
1 cup frozen unsweetened blackberry |
1 (8 ounce) container vanilla yogurt |
1 cup 2% low-fat milk |
3 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon orange zest |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 pinch cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender. 2. Blend until thick and smooth, about 2 minutes. 3. Pour into 2 large glasses. 4. Serve immediately. |
