Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups skim milk |
1 pint low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt, softened |
1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen, thawed |
honey to taste, optional |
Directions:
1. Blend milk, yogurt and berries in a blender until smooth, scraping down sides of blender once or twice as necessary. Taste and blend in honey, if desired. Pour into glasses and serve. |
