Serve this up to a croud at a diner party and they will never know how simple it was Ingredients:
100 g wensleydale cheese with cranberries, sliced (deli) |
8 slices streaky bacon |
4 chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. pre-heat oven to 190 degrees. 2. make a cut in the side of each chicken breast to form a pocket and fill with the cheese. 3. wrap each breast with two rashers of bacon. 4. put in an ovenproof dish and cook for 30 minutes. 5. serve with seasonal vegtables, if you like. |
