When I use the yogurt rather than the tofu I make it very thick to start so I can pour some out to freeze into popsicles for my kids. Ingredients:
2 cups mixed berries (like raspberries, blackberries and strawberries) |
1 cup plain yogurt or 1 cup dessert tofu |
1 ripe banana |
1/2-1 cup apple juice |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and whirl away. 2. Start with 1/2 cup apple juice then add more juice to get the desired thickness. |
