41 g of whey powder |
1/2 cup yogurt |
1/2 cup 1% milk |
2 cups mixed berries |
2 tbs cocoa |
2 tbs honey |
2 medium banana |
Directions:
1. put 4 ice cubes at the bottom of the blender 2. add the berries and bananas along with the rest of the ingredients 3. blend until smooth |
