My favorite smoothies are made with berries which are rich in Vitamin C. This is another good one! Ingredients:
1 cup cranberry juice |
1 cup frozen blueberries or 1 cup frozen strawberries |
1 (8 ounce) container vanilla yogurt |
2/3 cup uncooked oats |
1 cup ice cube |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except ice in blender. 2. Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. 3. Gradually add ice cubes; blend on high until smooth. |
