Delicious and filling snack or dessert Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat yogurt |
1 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup splenda granular |
1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
1 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Put all items in blender and blend until smooth. 2. You can use any berries and your calories will stay the same. I like to use mixed berries for more flavor. |
