Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup splenda granular
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup ice
Directions:
1. Put all items in blender and blend until smooth.
2. You can use any berries and your calories will stay the same. I like to use mixed berries for more flavor.
