Saw this in my New York State insurance carrier's leaflet. Wanted to post before I misplaced it. Ingredients:
2 cups blackberries |
2 cups blueberries |
1 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
1 cup nonfat milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 cups ice |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. 2. Serve immediately. |
