An easy, light smoothie that is easily adapted to other fruits or yogurt flavors. Adapted from a Jenny Craig cookbook. Makes about 3 cups. Ingredients:
6 ice cubes |
1 cup strawberry |
1/2 cup raspberries |
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. Put ingredients in blender (I find the order listed works well). 2. Blend until smooth & enjoy. |
