i like this because it tastes like a berry smoothie. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of h-e-b brand 2% low-fat milk |
8 ounces of hill country fare brand frozen strawberries |
6 ounces of hill country fare brand frozen raspberries |
6 ounces of hill country fare brand frozen blueberries |
Directions:
1. put all of the berries into a blender and then add the milk. 2. blend for 10-15 seconds. 3. then pour into a cup. |
