This salad makes a fun & different side dish to any meal. You may want to add chicken to make this side the main course
Ingredients:
1/4-cup orange
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp honey mustard
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
4 cups torn lettuce
1/2-cups fresh blueberries, raspberries & quartered strawberries
1 can mandarin oranges; drained
2 -3 tbsp broken pretzels
*cooked chicken* - *optional
Directions:
1. Put orange juice, oil, mustard sugar and salt in a tightly covered bowl or jar.
2. Shake until combined
3. Set aside in fridge.
4. Put lettuce in a medium bowl.
5. Top lettuce with berries and mandarins.
6. Drizzel dressing over top.
7. Gently toss
8. Top with broken pretzels just prior to serving
