This recipe is great with sushi! The berry gives a great flavor to the sake! Garnish with a few raspberries and serve chilled. Ingredients:
1 (720 milliliter) bottle sake |
2 cups cranberry-raspberry juice |
1 cup frozen raspberries, thawed |
1 cup crushed ice |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Blend sake, cranberry-raspberry juice, raspberries, ice, and lemon juice in a blender; pulse several times until raspberries are completely crushed. Strain to remove ice and pour into sake glasses. |
