Breakfast idea from WW Mag. Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk |
1/4 cup quinoa |
1/2 cup mixed berry |
1 pinch cinnamon |
1 tablespoon blueberry-flavored syrup |
Directions:
1. Bring quinoa & almond milk to a boil in pan. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in berries & cinnamon. Top with blueberry syrup. 2. Makes 1 1/4 cups (5PP). |
