This recipe came from a cook book put together by my old church. Ingredients:
1 cup cranberry juice |
1 cup strawberry |
8 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt |
2/3 cup oats |
1 cup ice cube |
sugar, to taste |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients, except ice, in blender container. 2. Blend on HIGH speed an additional minute or until smooth, gradually adding ice. 3. Serve immediately. |
