This is my favorite smoothie to make at home! Cool, Healthy, Hearty, and Refreshing! Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.) |
4 ounces low-fat blueberry yogurt |
1 tablespoon peanut butter |
1/4 cup skim milk |
1/4 cup orange juice |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. For a thicker drink add 2-3 ice cubes. 4. Enjoy! |
