18 g fat-free, sugar-free chocolate flavor pudding mix |
1 cup nonfat milk |
3/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese |
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
1 1/4 cups fresh raspberries |
1 tsp splenda |
Directions:
1. whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth. in another bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, yogurt, and sugar substitute. 2. Spoon 1 tbs of pudding into each serving glass. Top with 1 tbs of cottage cheese mixture and several raspberries. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Garnish with additional raspberries. |
