Ingredients:
18 g fat-free, sugar-free chocolate flavor pudding mix
1 cup nonfat milk
3/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 1/4 cups fresh raspberries
1 tsp splenda
Directions:
1. whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth. in another bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, yogurt, and sugar substitute.
2. Spoon 1 tbs of pudding into each serving glass. Top with 1 tbs of cottage cheese mixture and several raspberries. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Garnish with additional raspberries.
