I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Tops courtesy of 3-A-Day Of Dairy. Frozen berries can be used for fresh berries. Rice or Soy milk may be substituted for milk. Ingredients:
2 cups milk |
1 cup fresh strawberries or 1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup fresh raspberry |
1 ripe banana, sliced |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
3 teaspoons sugar |
1 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Serve chilled. 4. Note: Extra portions can be refrigerated or frozen for a fast, healthy snack. |
