This is a breakfast that is nutritious, delicious and a good way to start the family's day. Ingredients:
4 cups milk |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 cups rolled oats |
4 tablespoons wheat germ |
2 cups berries, assorted |
1 cup slivered almonds |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, combine milk, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Bring to a boil. 2. Stir in rolled oats. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes. 3. Stir in wheat germ. 4. Divide oatmeal among 4 bowl. 5. Top with berries and almonds. So Delicious! |
