My trainer once told me she ate oatmeal cold like cereal, so the other morning I came up with this. It's too simple to be a recipe, really, but I enjoyed it very much. Ingredients:
1/2 cup applesauce (i used raspberry applesauce) |
1/2 cup oatmeal |
2 tablespoons flax seeds |
Directions:
1. Add all ingrediants together in a small bowl. 2. Mash ingrediants with a fork until blended. 3. Enjoy with a glass of milk! |
