Nice and easy breakfast, kind of porridge with berries. Ingredients:
2 ounces millet |
1 ounce water |
1 ounce milk |
1 tablespoon honey |
blackberries or raspberries (etc.) |
1 tablespoon almonds, fragments |
2 peppermint extract, leaves |
Directions:
1. Boil up millet in water, reduce heat and let millet swell for 15 minutes. 2. Stir milk and honey, add cooled millet. 3. Sprinkle with berries, almond fragments and peppermint leaves. |
