This came from High Fiber High Protein Vegetarian Breakfast. I haven't tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 cup blue berry yogurt |
1/2 cup cottage cheese |
1/2 cup blueberries, and or sliced strawberry |
2 tablespoons granola cereal |
1 teaspoon crushed walnuts or 1 teaspoon almonds |
2 teaspoons grated dark chocolate |
Directions:
1. In individual cups or a large bowl, combine the yogurt, cottage cheese, berries, granola and nuts. 2. Grate the chocolate over the top. |
