A refreshing, non-dairy smoothie from the LCBO magazine. Ingredients:
2 whole ripe bananas, broken into large pieces |
1 cup blueberries |
1/2 cup raspberries |
1 cup cranberry juice cocktail |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint |
mint sprig |
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and purée until smooth. Chill mixture in fridge until cold and serve garnished with mint sprigs. |
