A summer treat with fresh berries. Use any fruit you enjoy. Ingredients:
2 cups low-fat milk |
1 cup vanilla ice cream |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 cups ice |
1 cup fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (china cinnamon is best) |
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender. Use the ice crush function to blend until smooth. |
