Yummy soy smoothie! Very nutritious! Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk |
1/4 cup orange juice, chilled |
1/4 cup refrigerated fat-free liquid egg product, thawed |
1 -2 tablespoon honey |
1/2 cup chopped mango, chilled |
1/2 cup frozen strawberries or 1/2 cup frozen raspberries or 1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
Directions:
1. In blender, combine soymilk, orange juice, egg product, and honey. Cover and blend for 10 seconds. 2. Add mango and berries. Cover and blend until smooth. |
