Cranberries,blueberries,blackberies,stawberries and bananas give green tea a whole new taste. You can substitute other berries. This gem comes from Sunset Magazine. Ingredients:
1/2 cup cranberries (frozen) |
1/4 cup blueberries (frozen) |
1/2 cup blackberry (frozen) |
5 strawberries (frozen) |
1 banana (frozen) |
1/2 cup green tea (brewed and cooled) |
1/4 cup yogurt (or soy milk) |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon ginger (minced) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy. |
