This makes a great breakfast dish. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
2 cups cranberries |
3 grapefruits, peeled and sectioned |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water; boil; stir to dissolve sugar. 2. Boil for 5 minutes. 3. add cranberries; cook until skins pop, about 5 minutes more. 4. remove from heat; chill. 5. pour cranberry mixture over grapefruit sections in individual servings bowls. |
