This is a great, healthy afterschool snack. Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/4 cup applesauce |
1/2 cup berry flavor juicy juice |
1 whole strawberry |
Directions:
1. SPOON yogurt and applesauce into a sandwich-size resealable plastic bag. Pour JUICY JUICE into bag; seal. Shake to mix. Freeze for about 35 minutes or until slushy. Spoon into glass. Garnish with strawberry. |
