This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Paulson Estate in Boise, Idaho in 1994. Ingredients:
3/4 cup biscuit mix |
1-1/2 tablespoons melted margarine |
1 egg |
1/4 cup powdered milk |
2 cans blueberry pie filling |
Directions:
1. Heat fruit almost to boiling. 2. Blend biscuit mix and milk thoroughly and drop dough by spoonfuls into hot fruit. 3. Cover and bake 20 minutes. |
